a week of activity as the weather DROPS in

*Hello Blog Readers and Sister Salisbury supporters! Sorry I've slacked off last week, but here are the two most recent letters from Susie. She hasn't had much time on the computer, so this most recent one is a little short. I haven't personally edited them yet, but wanted to pass them on as soon as possible before I return to slacker mode!!

Hello Famila

It is cold. But they say we are still nly in fall. I have begun to wear my underarmour suit plus the full body thermals tht my companion gave me.

The thing that I love about the Gospel is the basic principle of Agency. Of the two plans brought forth before the councils of heaven, One proposed obligation but sure salvation, the other loss but choice.

As fas as these two principles and missionary work, I know that it’s the investigators choice to come to church or not and not mine. There is nothing that I can- or should to to obligate of make some else do something that is not of there own desires or will.
The people of King Benjamin who had the change of heart unto repentance, expressed that it was the knowledge of theor savoour that gave them the desire to change and obey. Even through the calls of the saviror through out the book of mormon he onle calls thouse who WANT to come unto him. He may call and call and call up it is always up to the person to act.

And about actng, Christ wants people who are proactive, you take charge, control of there circumstances and who get things done. Lazyness is a vice and poisness. Flee from its presence like a serpent on a hot day.

Last week´s panckage breakfast was such a success, that the zone rewuested another such. This time we choose frenchtoast, and in the house of Carmen Fulco, a great member of ten years who loves tmissionaries. She often mothers us with hot chocolate at the door, or a seat around her fire if wer are inm the neighborhood.

We are helping an inactive family come back, the mother ahs three kids and the eight yer old wants to get baotiesed thes next month. We had a prayer-rock painting activity.

The warrior with the pizza lid shelid and towel loin cloth whould be Fabain, a thirteen year old investigador. His mom and sister got baptiszed last month, he still isn’t syure, but he sure loved the battle aspect of the book of mormon.

Things Hnerman Salisbury needs or might appreciate in a package:
Mascara (I still haven’t found any here)
American stamps (to send letters in Pouch)

That’s all I can think of reigh tnow

Love you all
Hnerma slisbury
